HELP US UPDATE YOUR CURRENT INFORMATION ?


WE ARE EXCITED to announce that during the next few weeks, we are migrating our 'very old' church database system to a new database system; Planning Center. The new system will also include a NEW GIVING PLATFORM, called PCO GIVE.  


WE NEED YOUR HELP!  It is important that we have your current information to put into this new system, ensuring you receive various communications relating to Classes, Events, News, donor receipts, etc.  Making sure we have your correct Contact information is very important for a smooth transition.


NEWS, INFO and 'HOW TO' links for the new GIVING Platform can be found HERE to help with Donations and creating a Donor Profile.  Your Donor Profile makes it easier to track your Donor History and Tax Records.  A PCO Help Desk will be in the Mall after Sunday Service to answer questions.  You can also call the Church Office or Email: giving@harvestchurchnc.com.

Ways to update your contact information

  • Gray Harvest Information cards

    Pick up a gray card at church, fill it out and drop it in one of the acrylic boxes located in the small foyer or at the Welcome Center.

  • Update your Contact information online

    Complete and submit this form online. You must have an email address in order to complete this form. Be sure to add all of the people living in your household. 

  • Download A Contact information Form

    You can download this form, complete it and return it to the office. You can drop it by or send it in the mail to 2020 W. 15th Street, Washington, NC 27889.
